Fish Rubbing Classes In Cornwall

Create beautiful pieces of art with absolutely no experience at all. Ideal as an introduction to creating art, as a fun day out and for artists to learn a whole new, ancient technique.

Workshop Structure:

A typical fish rubbing workshop includes:

  • Welcome and workshop introduction

  • Fish rubbing demo from Susie

  • All the materials

  • Roll up your sleeves and as a group take it in turns to get rubbing with one-on-one guidance from Susie

  • Opportunity to experiment and have fun with various objects

  • All materials are provided including paints, brushes and aprons

  • Tea, coffee and cakes will be served throughout to you can concentrate on immersing yourself in this fun creative process.

All materials are provided including aprons, brushes and paints. Susie has also collected a number of exciting beach items including shells and seaweed that can be turned into beautiful artwork.

Please wear clothes that are comfortable and you aren’t worried about, just in case!

Minimum age is 14, minimum class size is 6 people.
If the minimum number is not enrolled we reserve the right to postpone the course.
